  • Hemming – Shortening coats, skirts, or trousers (requires edge paint). 
  • Zipper/Closure Replacement – Heavy-duty replacements for wear-and-tear.
  • Lining Repair/Upgrade – Swapping worn linings for breathable alternatives.

Best for: Lambskin, calfskin, goatskin, and patent leather. 

Avoid DIY on: Exotic leathers (crocodile, python), suede, or heavily quilted pieces
