You’ll receive an automated message with your order details and will be notified once your item is ready — you can also track your order online anytime and pick it up early if completed ahead of schedule. You don’t need to come in at a specific time to collect your item — just make sure you’ve received a confirmation text or email saying it’s ready. If you haven’t, check the order status online and wait until it shows “Completed.”
Yes, for £20, we can send your item with DPD for next-day delivery from Monday to Friday. You’ll get a text from DPD with the delivery day and a one-hour time slot once it’s ready. For same-day delivery within 5 miles of our store, we can use Addison Lee for £50. Copy Ask Explain
