We understand that your schedule is busy, but we highly recommend trying on your garments at the time of collection to ensure everything fits perfectly. If you’re unable to do so, you may return within 14 days and we’ll redo the work free of charge—please note this applies only to the alterations agreed on your order form.
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. While we aim to accommodate changes, we may begin work immediately after your order is placed. Unfortunately, changes cannot always be made once work has started.
We are fully insured and follow rigorous quality control procedures. From the moment we collect your garment until it’s returned to you, it receives the highest level of care. We ensure it is safely stored and protected at all times, so you can feel confident and assured throughout the entire process.
Customers are expected to collect their garment(s) on the agreed collection date provided at the time of booking. You can reschedule your collection using the "Change Appointment" link if needed. Please note that uncollected items may be disposed of 90 days after the original collection date. Alterations Boutique Ltd will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details provided at the time of order. If we are unable to reach you, we cannot accept responsibility for any resulting loss.
